Cuba defeats Canada 8-2 and Panama 7-2 and advances to the gold medal game tonight
Canada's and Panama's gold medal hopes were dashed on Friday when Team Cuba beat the Canadians 8-2 and followed that with a victory over Panama by the score of 7-2.
Cuba and the Netherlands ended the finals with the best records, six wins and one loss, and will play for the gold medal game tonight at 19:30.
